Peak season
You would want to order more stock in early November in good time for the December peak.
You can see the months for peak sales. Being aware of this and ordering stock in time to meet demand means you will have product available for when your customers want to purchase it. You can also be aware of when to reduce orders, cutting down stockholding on-shelf.
