Peak season
The peak seasons are May to July, with an increase seen in April. Being aware of both trends and pollen forecasts can help you to plan stock levels.
You can see the months for peak sales. Being aware of this and ordering stock in time to meet demand means you will have product available for when your customers want to purchase it. You can also be aware of when to reduce orders, cutting down stockholding on-shelf.
