 THE SLEEP-STRESS CYCLE 

Poor sleep and stress can lead to serious health complications and negatively affect the body both physically and mentally. When one is impacted, the other tends to be affected; this is known as the sleep-stress cycle.2 Caused by the disruption of hormones and chemicals in the body that affect sleep and stress,3 the body often struggles to break out of the cycle unless interventions are made.
