Presenting your ideas
There is a lot to think about when considering how best to present your idea to others.
Making it clear what your idea is, why you think it will work, the support for your idea and the benefits for those involved will help to get others to support your initiative.
First, whom do you need to deliver the presentation to? If presenting to your team, that might be slightly less formal than delivering to a local commissioning group. The content may need to be adapted for the audience.
