Introduction
Effective communication is a feature of successful and thriving workplaces. Constructive feedback can be important in improving team morale; it helps us learn about ourselves and each other, our strengths and weaknesses and how our behaviour affects others. On a personal level, feedback - positive and negative – can increase self-awareness and encourage development. It can also improve staff performance and relationships in the pharmacy.
