Plan implementation
The final stage is to plan how you will implement the plan. How will you involve the store team and who will be doing what when things change? This also gives an opportunity to identify how the team will benefit from your success through your recognition and reward processes.
Spending time at the start of the year to create a coherent plan and regularly referring back to it is an important task for any business and will add value in the coming year.

Look at your prescription numbers in more detail.
How many prescriptions do you receive each week from walk in, collection, EPS and nursing homes (separate out EPS from homes)?
