Understand your customers
It is important to understand who your customers are when undertaking your refit. What are they likely to need from you?
For example, an elderly demographic are more likely to need:
- A spacious consultation room
- One-on-one dispensary services such as monitored dosage systems
- Appropriate retail categories, including incontinence and independent living.
Understanding the needs of your key demographics enables you to prepare your refit to ensure full support for all your customers. They are, after all, the backbone of your business.
