Four-step process
There are four distinct stages to successfully managing a project, which can be summarised as the following:
Define €“ Decide on the scope of the project, its objectives and outcomes
Develop €“ Consider options, plan resources and timing, develop a clear plan
Deliver €“ Implement your plan with enthusiasm and energy
Evaluate €“ Monitor progress and measure the success of your plan and adjust as necessary. Let's look at each of these stages in turn.
