Scenario
Michelle, aged 32, comes into the pharmacy for some advice as she has woken up with a red and swollen eyelid and the white of her eye is pink. She says there was also a lot of sticky, yellow discharge on her eyelashes, which she managed to soak off with warm water, but it doesn’t seem to be any better. She does not wear contact lenses.
What would you recommend?
