William comes into the pharmacy and is browsing for a long time before he asks for “a quiet word”. Once in the consultation room, he says that recently he’s had some difficulty getting an erection during sex. He says it has gradually been getting more frequent and he would like to purchase some Viagra.
What would you recommend?
