Brian is in his 20s and wants advice about eye drops. His eyes are feeling itchy and sore and look red. He is looking for some relief of his symptoms, but doesn’t know what to try.
After asking the WWHAM questions you establish that Brian suffers from hayfever and that he takes loratadine tablets when necessary.
What would you recommend?
