Objectives
After studying this module, assistants will:
- Be familiar with the common causes of musculoskeletal pain
- Be able to advise on OTC products to help relieve common ailments
- Know when to recommend cold or heat therapy
- Know which customers to refer to the pharmacist
- Be able to offer self-care tips to prevent further injury.
