Novo Nordisk recently launched NovoRapid PumpCart, a prefilled pump cartridge containing the rapidly acting insulin aspart that avoids the need to manually fill the insulin reservoir every three or four days.

Novo Nordisk says that PumpCart potentially reduces the time needed to train patients, lowers the chance of filling errors and provides €a more convenient way of managing insulin administration€.
