This CPD module is about how to act now to lead change. It will cover why changes occur in businesses and how you can ensure your business is suitably prepared and ready to undergo the change process.
Goal:
To understand the process of change and how to be fully prepared for that process.
Objectives:
- Have considered the need for change, how to approach that change, and how to go about putting ideas into action
- Be able to construct a vision for your pharmacy, based on a series of questions that will help you to consider your priorities
- Understand the steps for developing a strategy to put into action, to achieve your vision for your team and business.

About this module
Pharmacy needs strong managers, effective leaders and people with the right skills to drive the profession forward. With this in mind, P3 Business CPD modules are written as practical learning tools for use by anyone in the pharmacy team.
