Campaign to highlight testosterone deficiency in men

Research by Besins Healthcare UK shows there is a lack of awareness and knowledge among healthcare professionals regarding the range of symptoms of testosterone deficiency. 

This, combined with the stigma and embarrassment associated with the condition, is inhibiting men from having open and proactive discussions and limiting diagnosis, says Besins. To help empower men and their partners to identify potential symptoms and take action, the company has created a testosterone deficiency educational website as part of its Stronger Voices campaign.

The website features multi-language resources including the Androgen Deficiency in Aging Males questionnaire and a downloadable guide to starting a conversation.
